1. About these terms

These terms cover every trip booked with Travel Solo Sun ("Solo Sun", "we", "us"). By paying a deposit you accept them on behalf of everyone on your booking.

This page is maintained by Travel Solo Sun and may be updated. The version in force is the one published on the day you pay your deposit.

2. Booking and deposits

A place is only held once a deposit has been received and confirmed by your travel rep.

The balance is due by the date given to you in writing. If the balance is not paid by then we may treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit.

3. What the price covers

Your trip price covers the accommodation, internal transport, activities and support described on the trip page and confirmed on your call.

International flights, travel insurance, visas, personal spending and anything described as optional are not included.

4. Cancellations and changes

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure accommodation and activity places on your behalf.

If you cancel after paying your balance, refunds depend on how much of your trip cost we can recover from suppliers. Ask your rep for the position on your specific dates.

We may change an itinerary where weather, supplier availability or safety requires it. We will always aim for an equivalent alternative.

5. Insurance, health and documents

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for every guest and must be in place before departure.

You are responsible for a valid passport, any required visas, and any vaccinations or medication you need.

6. Behaviour on trip

Our trips are shared experiences. We may remove a guest from a trip, without refund, for behaviour that puts others at risk or repeatedly disrupts the group.

You are responsible for any damage you cause to accommodation, transport or third-party property.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting suppliers, but we are not liable for loss or injury caused by third-party operators, by your own actions, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
